Emma is a visual artist whose work explores the intersection of ancestral craftsmanship and contemporary symbolism. Originally from Mexico and currently based in Ohio, her practice is rooted in a deep mastery of traditional techniques, including water gilding, metal embossing, and the intricate art of bead mosaic.
Emma’s formal artistic journey began at the Janet Klain Fashion Design Institute and later at the Escuela de Artes y Oficios de Querétaro, Mexico, where she studied Ceramics and Digital Graphic Design. This multifaceted foundation in tactile craftsmanship and digital precision defines her unique approach to creating "modern reliquaries"—pieces that act as containers for faith, memory, and human resilience.
